We have had an incredible response to festival registration this year and have hit our max capacity for online ticket sales.
Onsite registration will be available Friday-Sunday, September 18-20, at The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum.
Onsite registration costs $30 and includes:
Option to select from available field trips on a first come first serve basis.
Opportunity to attend free presentations/workshops at the Museum on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Access to the 2026 Vendor marketplace, including artists, optics, and local birding advocacy orgs
Access to Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum all day Saturday and Sunday
Onsite Registrants are not guaranteed festival lanyards or swag bags due to limited supply

The organizers of The Urban Birding Festival are committed to connecting people to birds regardless of income. Anyone with a financial need is encouraged to apply. Scholarships are given based on the availability of funds.
